Dr. Paula A. Taylor

Dr. Paula A. Taylor, Optometrist

Dr. Paula Taylor received her Bachelor of Science from Bemidji (MN) State University. Dr. Paula was a Troppman Honors scholar and was awarded the Miriam Jaakola Savacheck scholarship for outstanding woman in medical studies. She majored in biology and minored in biochemistry. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove where she was elected to the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Paula then practiced at Sterling Optical in Grand Forks, ND. She enjoys working with patients of all ages. Her special areas of interest are contact lenses, family practice, and ocular disease.

Dr. Paula was born and raised on a farm in Mandan, ND. She was active in track, FFA, and 4H. She enjoys watching baseball, drawing, baking, gardening, and horses. Drs. Jeremy and Paula met at Pacific University and were married shortly after graduation. They then lived in Grand Forks while Dr. Jeremy served in the Air Force. They have two beautiful children, Sophia & Joseph, and enjoy family time together.
